Diet


That's my lunch.

Yes, I've started my diet plan since yesterday. Hehehe baru mula dah kecoh kan? It's ok, at least I have an effort hehe walaupun ramai yang kata aku akan sakit diet cara ni. But that's my style of diet masa dedulu.

Okay apa cara saya? Saya hanya makan wholemeal bread with milo itupun with no milk. Lunch normally I will skip hanya minum air aje. Dinner must be before 7 makan roti wholemeal tu jugak la dik. Hehehe torture betul eh? Sila jangan ikut contoh saya untuk kesihatan sejagat..

Hehehe tapi janganlah lupa exercise jugak yer! Tanpa exercise lemak-lemak yang dah lama bermastautin dalam badan tu tak akan pindah punya... Dan harap-harap aku pun tak akan pindah ke sepital.

Hahaha good luck to myself and to Mr Bubu dengan ucapan abang nanti keluar jalan-jalan kita makan sekali je eh jangan hasut orang macam-macam itteeewww...
